Who We Are
I started Darim Consulting to support ambitious, creative leaders achieve their vision in a rapidly shifting marketplace. I’m a systems thinker, trained in interdisciplinary approaches to solving complex problems, with a passion for education and a “dinner table MBA” from my business-oriented family. I grew up in the nexus of the internet boom, first in Seattle and then at Stanford University, and thus am comfortable with change. I can help you step back to see the big picture, understand the implications of the societal changes on your business, and help you lead into the future. In addition to consulting and coaching since 2000, I am also a dedicated volunteer leader, serving on the boards educational, social justice and Jewish communal organizations both locally and nationally.
